COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COMPONENTS
  • CORE COMPETENCE TECHNICAL - Covers the requirements of the STCW which are the mandatory standards of competence necessary to ensure that all mariners are properly educated and trained, adequately experienced, skilled and competent to perform their duties.
